About the Camper
How many people can the camper accommodate?
Our camper is designed to comfortably sleep up to 5 adults, with a standard-sized mattress to ensure a good night’s rest.
What are the bed dimensions in the camper?
In our XGO Plus 95 model, the rear bed is 150 cm by 220 cm, and the drop-down bed is 140 cm by 190 cm. In our XGO Xcamp 5 model, the rear bed is 140 cm by 210 cm, and the dinette bed, which converts from a dining area, is 100 cm by 210 cm. Please note that these dimensions may vary slightly depending on the specific model.
Does the camper have a toilet?
Yes, for your convenience, our camper comes equipped with a toilet.
Can I bring my pet in the camper?
We understand that pets are part of the family, but to maintain cleanliness and hygiene, we do not allow pets in the camper.
Do the campervans come with bedding, and is spare linen provided?
Yes, all our campervans are equipped with comfortable bedding. Additionally, based on the length of your rental, we provide a set of spare linen to ensure your comfort and convenience throughout your journey.
Can I travel across countries with the rented camper?
Yes, our campers are authorized for international travel. Please be aware that when traveling outside Albania, you may need a ‘Green Pass’ or additional insurance, as requirements vary by country. We recommend checking with the specific countries you plan to visit for their entry requirements.
Safety and Operation
What is the most important safety precaution?
While driving, it’s crucial to ensure that the deadbolts on both sides of the camper are securely locked. This prevents the door from inadvertently opening and causing potential damage.
Booking and Rental
When is my booking confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed once we receive your deposit or reservation fee. After this, we’ll send you the rental contract.
How much does it cost to rent the camper?
The daily rental rate depends on the location and booking period, and rates may vary between high and low seasons. For a detailed quote, please contact us.
Do you offer discounts for long-term rentals?
For all bookings exceeding 15 days, we provide a complimentary shuttle service to pick up the vehicle in Berat, adding more value and convenience to your long-term rental experience.
What is the kilometer limit for the camper rental, and are there extra charges for exceeding it?
Our rental agreement includes a daily kilometer limit of 200 kilometers. For a 10-day rental, this totals 2,000 kilometers. If you exceed this limit, there’s an additional charge of 50 euros for every 200 kilometers over the limit. This policy helps us maintain the vehicle in top condition for all our customers.
Insurance
Is the camper insured?
Yes, for your peace of mind, our camper is fully insured.
Is insurance included in the rental, and what does it cover?
All our campers are fully insured, covering accidental damage, theft, and liability. However, please note that the insurance covers 90% of damage costs in case of an incident, with the remaining 10% being the customer’s responsibility.
Payment Methods
What payment methods are accepted for camper rental?
We accept various payment methods including bank transfer and cash. A credit card is not necessary for payment.
Deposit Requirements
Is a deposit required for renting a camper?
Yes, we require a €1000 deposit, fully refundable at the end of the rental period, provided the camper is returned in the same condition. We suggest paying the deposit in cash for easier refund processing.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Options:
What are the options for picking up and dropping off the camper?
We offer several flexible options for your convenience:
- Pick-Up and Drop-Off at Berat: No additional cost. Ideal for exploring the historic city of Berat.
- Shuttle Service from/to Tirana Airport: €140 (€70 each way) for a shuttle from Tirana Airport to Berat.
- Direct Delivery and Collection at Tirana Airport: €300 (€150 each way) for the utmost convenience, especially for exploring northern Albania.
