We had an incredible experience enjoying Albania with the ERA camper from Nomad Camper Albania. The clear communication, friendly and attentive service of the entire team (virtually 24/7), and quality of the campervan are truly superb. Albania is beautiful, providing the perfect mix of rugged mountains, ancient culture, and sun-drenched beaches. Giving a 5 out of 5 stars rating is a no brainer. We rented the ERA camper for 9 days end of July 2025, and picked and returned it at Tirana International Airport. Nomad’s service was already top-notch before us arriving in Albania; the team provided us with a clear and transparent contract, a helpful Google Map overview of things-to-see using the campervan, and instructions on how to pick up the vehicle. Once at the airport we were greeted by a member of the team who drove our entire 5 person family ca 500 m to the campervan which even had been pre airconditioned for our comfort in the Albanian heat. The campervan was comfortable, clean, in almost mint condition, and all add-ons we requested (fi additional kids seats) were so too. During our trip we had to reach out to the team a couple of times (WhatsApp) for fi help adjusting the air-conditioning, acquiring a spare key,… all of which they swiftly and efficiently helped with. At the end of our journey we also accidentally hit a high curb, which damaged the wheel. The team was able to arrange a qualified local mechanic to come replace the wheel in approx. 1/1:30 hours. Upon returning the campervan it became clear that this accident had also shifted the axle. Nomad kept us informed at every step of the repair, without us explicitly asking to do so providing us all information regarding the damage, repair process and insurance proceedings. Their proactive and transparent communication, together with their correct handling of the repair, have for us raised the bar in terms of what we can (dream to) expect from rental customer service.

Wij hebben 13 dagen rond gereden met een camper van Nomad Camper Zeer vriendelijjke verhuur eigenaar Goede uitleg gehad over de camper. De camper was nog nieuw en zag er super uit. Nog wat tips waar heen tegaan en juist niet heen tegaan. Bij de terug komst tijdens het wachten op de taxi nog een heerlijk koude bier gekregen Zeker een aanrader dit verhuur bedrijf

Un peu d’appréhension avant de louer un véhicule en Albanie alors que nous n’avions aucune certitude dans cette société à part commentaires positifs que nous avions eu. Je vous confirme que nous avons été très satisfait et que nous avons pu compter tout au long de notre parcours sur Kristi. Le prix n’est pas donné pour ce type de location car en Albanie les hôtels ne coûtent pas cher mais nous ne regrettons en rien d’être passé par Nomad Camper, tout était parfait ! Merci encore à vous
We were a group of five—three adults and two teenagers—and took a one-week road trip with Era during Christmas time, traveling mainly through Albania and also visiting Montenegro. The camper van met all our expectations. It was comfortable to drive and sleep in for all. The Nomad Camper team was fantastic—patient, experienced, discreet, and always available when needed. We were fully satisfied and highly recommend them for any season!
